Upon passing the Massachusetts Bar, I joined the firm Hall, Finnegan, Ahern & Deschenes, which later became Deschenes & Farrell. Now at my own law office, I offer over 20 years of experience working with state regulatory agencies -- including five years at the Department of Environmental Protection -- private law firms and government contracting companies. I also interned for a Massachusetts Superior Court judge.
I graduated magna cum laude from Massachusetts School of Law, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Communications summa cum laude from Suffolk University. I have also completed graduate courses in Negotiation and Mediation at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, along with many continuing legal education courses.
I was born and raised in Everett, Massachusetts, and moved to Dracut in 1998. My husband is a teacher and we have a daughter and a son. Together, we enjoy biking, being on the water, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I also play flute with the New Horizons Dracut Community Band.
